Role Overview

This position is for a Java React Fullstack professional with 3 to 5 years of experience. The role is based in Hyderabad, India, and the mandatory technical stack includes Java and React. The preferred educational background includes BE/B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MSc, or MS.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with the consulting team across multiple stages of project delivery, including problem identification, effort estimation, issue analysis, solution design, and deployment support.
• Study possible solution paths by using research sources such as public information, literature reviews, and vendor inputs, and then develop proof-of-concepts where needed.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirement documents, define future-state processes, and prepare functional design specifications.
• Assist with configuration of solution requirements on the product and help investigate issues by identifying root causes and narrowing down practical fixes.
• Contribute to team-wide and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering strong, high-value solutions to clients.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Java and React fullstack development.
• Strong working knowledge of Java and React.
• Ability to support consulting activities across design, analysis, development, and deployment phases.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional design, and solution evaluation.
• Capable of troubleshooting issues and coordinating solution alternatives.

Eligibility
