About the internship
This role is with a fast-growing education consulting startup that works with ambitious students aiming for top MBA and other leading global programs. The team supports applicants in building strong profiles and navigating highly competitive admissions.
What you’ll do
- Help drive growth rather than simply scheduling content.
- Create and manage short-form videos for formats such as Reels, Shorts, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and launch paid advertising efforts on platforms including Instagram and YouTube.
- Support campaign execution in Meta Ads Manager.
- Research current trends in MBA admissions, GMAT preparation, and study-abroad content to strengthen ad output.
- Draft hooks, scripts, and captions for ads designed to perform well.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPL, and engagement, then suggest ways to improve results.
- Assist in building and testing marketing funnels, including ads, landing pages, and lead capture steps.
- Contribute growth ideas, experiment often, and help test new approaches quickly.

What we’re looking for
You should be highly interested in social media trends and content, know what makes people stop scrolling, and be comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes messy startup environment. A mix of creative thinking and data awareness is important, along with strong communication and visual storytelling ability. A proactive, upbeat attitude is essential. Extra value will come from prior ad experience, basic video editing skills, familiarity with the MBA/GMAT/study-abroad space, or having grown a social media page before.

Compensation and conversion
The internship pays ₹6,000 to ₹10,000 per month. If the intern converts to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹250,000 to ₹350,000.
