Role Overview

This position supports workshop operations and helps keep equipment, tools, and work areas organized, clean, and ready for use. You will work under guidance from the Section Supervisor or Works Manager and contribute to safe, efficient day-to-day activity.

Key Duties

• Provide general support in the workshop as directed by the Section Supervisor or Works Manager.
• Assist with assembling and dismantling large equipment.
• Carry out cleaning duties in the workshop and office areas when needed.
• Paint motors, equipment, and floors as required.
• Organize and sort tools and parts.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures and policies.

What You Need

• At least 3 years of experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, mining, or a similar environment.
• Basic mechanical and technical capability.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Strong time-management habits.
• Ability to cooperate and work well with others.
• A proactive, willing attitude.
• Forklift licence is an advantage.
