About the internshipThis internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition within a global ship management organization. The role supports recruitment activities for a business focused on the maritime sector, where clear written and spoken English and solid MS-Excel ability will be important for day-to-day work.Role overviewAs a Talent Acquisition intern, you will contribute to hiring efforts by helping the team source, assess, and coordinate candidates. The position is suited to a proactive, organized, and detail-focused individual interested in HR and recruitment.Key responsibilitiesShare open positions across different platforms to help attract suitable candidates.Review resumes and take part in first-round screening conversations to identify promising applicants.Work with hiring managers to arrange interviews and track candidate feedback.Keep candidate information current and organized in the recruitment database.Support the planning and execution of recruitment drives, events, and job fairs.Prepare reports and examine hiring data with MS-Excel.Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to keep the recruitment workflow efficient and well coordinated.Who should applyThis opportunity is open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship, are able to begin between 8 June 2026 and 13 July 2026, can commit to a 2-month duration, are based in Mumbai, and have relevant skills and interest in the field.Compensation and benefitsThe internship offers a stipend of INR 10,000 to INR 10,001 per month.
