About the Role

This position supports day-to-day administration at a project site in Ahmedabad. The role combines office coordination, manpower record management, vendor follow-up, compliance support, and reporting for the project team.

Site Administration and Office Support

  • Handle the running of the site office, including paperwork, document control, filing, and routine correspondence.
  • Look after site facilities such as accommodation, transport arrangements, housekeeping, and utility coordination.
  • Manage ID cards, access permissions, and attendance systems for the site.

Manpower and HR Coordination

  • Keep records for manpower, attendance, and leave for both employees and contract staff.
  • Work with HR on mobilization, demobilization, onboarding, and exit activities.
  • Provide support for payroll inputs, timesheets, and contractor manpower reporting.

Vendor, Contractor, and Procurement Coordination

  • Liaise with local vendors, contractors, and service providers for site support services.

  • Maintain registers, logs, and statutory files required for the site.
