Role overview
Fresha is seeking an energetic sales professional to help drive new business growth as part of its global expansion. The role reports to the Head of Sales for Europe and works closely with the commercial team and prospective partners.
This position is suited to someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in a fast-moving environment, welcomes challenge, and wants to contribute directly to business impact. The role is office-based in London and requires attendance five days a week in a dog-friendly workplace. The office is located at The Bower, The Tower, 207 Old St, London, EC1V 9NR.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently deliver on sales targets and KPIs.
- Reach out to key decision-makers through phone calls, emails, and social channels to generate new business, with occasional in-person meetings where needed.
- Showcase, position, and sell products and services through demos for both prospective and existing partners.
- Take ownership of the full sales journey, from prospecting through to closing.
- Assess partner needs and commercial fit by carrying out cost-benefit and needs analysis.
- Work cross-functionally to create a smooth experience for partners.
- Share feedback on industry developments and market trends.
- Contact all qualified inbound leads promptly and log every call outcome in the CRM.
- Act as a primary commercial contact for partners.
- Handle additional duties as required to support the business.

Interview process
- Initial video screening with a Talent Team member lasting 30 minutes.
- Skills and experience discussion via video or in person with team leads lasting 30 minutes.
- Final in-person presentation with team leads and the General Manager for the UK & Ireland lasting 75 minutes.
Hiring timeline

Compensation
The position offers a base salary of £30,000 per year, plus a £10,000 variable component and accelerated commission for exceeding target.
