Quantity Surveyor

Role overview

This full-time Quantity Surveyor position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with a smart agriculture and farm infrastructure company known for delivering large-scale agricultural development projects across the region.

What you will handle

• Develop detailed cost estimates, project budgets, bills of quantities, tender assessments, and cost reporting for civil and infrastructure works.
• Oversee variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts while keeping all work aligned with contractual obligations.
• Track project spend, budget usage, and overall expenditure to strengthen cost control and financial performance.
• Work closely with project, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to support precise quantity measurement and reliable cost forecasting.

Qualifications and technical background

• A bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
• The role calls for at least 8 years of experience in infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or construction projects.
• Strong working knowledge of FIDIC, contracts, variations, claims, and cost control is essential.
• Hands-on ability with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying/commercial management software is needed.
• Experience on UAE infrastructure projects is considered a strong advantage.
