About PlumPlum is an employee insurance and health benefits platform built to make healthcare coverage easier to access, simpler to understand, and more inclusive for modern businesses. The company is addressing a major shift in India’s healthcare landscape, where medical inflation is rising at roughly three times the pace of general inflation. Since many people cannot afford insurance independently, employer-sponsored coverage is expected to support as many as 600 million Indians. Plum’s long-term mission is to protect 10 million lives by FY2030 through companies that prioritize employee wellbeing. The company is supported by Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners.About the RolePlum is hiring a detail-focused and analytical Quality Analyst for its Bangalore team. This role is centered on reviewing, assessing, and improving operational and service processes so that quality standards are consistently met. The right candidate should be comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, identifying root causes, and helping teams implement better ways of working.What You Will DoRun regular audits and quality reviews across processes, products, or services to confirm alignment with company policies and applicable standards.Spot gaps in current quality controls, suggest corrective steps, and track whether those actions are implemented effectively.Study quality-related data and performance metrics to uncover trends, underlying causes, and opportunities for improvement.Keep precise documentation of inspections, audits, and quality checks, and prepare clear reports with observations and recommendations.Partner with teams such as production, operations, and customer service to resolve quality issues and support practical solutions.RequirementsHands-on familiarity with quality management systems, statistical analysis, and standard software tools such as MS Office.Experience using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Ozonetel will be considered a plus.Strong analytical ability with a structured approach to solving problems and a sharp eye for detail.Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information in a simple way.Comfort working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, communication skills, time management, and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.Important NoteThis opportunity is not for technical QA, software testing, or product analysis.
