Purchase & Loyalty Program Executive - Fresher

About the role

This position combines procurement support with loyalty program coordination. The executive will help manage routine purchasing tasks, vendor communication, stock follow-ups, and documentation while also supporting customer loyalty activities and internal coordination across sales, marketing, and accounts.

Purchase and procurement support

• Support everyday purchasing and procurement operations.
• Create purchase orders and keep purchase-related records up to date.
• Reach out to vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Review quotes and negotiate to secure competitive supplier rates.
• Track stock availability and coordinate with stores or warehouse teams.
• Follow up with vendors on pending supplies and delivery status.
• Maintain vendor details and procurement documentation.

Loyalty program coordination

• Assist in managing loyalty program activities and customer engagement.
• Keep loyalty customer data, points balances, and program updates accurate.
• Communicate with customers about loyalty benefits, offers, and related queries.
• Work with sales and marketing teams on loyalty campaigns and promotions.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice checks and payment processing.

Eligibility and requirements

This role is open to freshers with no prior experience required. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or a similar field.

Compensation and additional details
