Role Overview
This position is accountable for driving digital sales performance by meeting order booking and revenue goals while strengthening and growing the customer base. The incumbent will oversee the sales cycle end to end, from preparing formal customer proposals through to order completion. It is a results-oriented operational role with a direct effect on the performance of the assigned account and business.
Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue targets and expand pipeline generation.
- Grow the existing client base through suitable digital offerings.
- Identify demand patterns and digital sales opportunities across the region.
- Track market needs and customer expectations.
- Manage the action plan for the allocated regions.
- Handle incoming sales queries and follow through on them.
- Monitor customer feedback, market activity, and competitor movements, then share relevant reports and insights.
- Record qualified opportunities in SFDC and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Work with internal product and solutions teams to surface issues early, coordinate regular calls across sales, legal, commercial, solution, and product teams, and present the right solution to customers.
- Prioritize key opportunities to accelerate closure timelines.
- Stay current on product offerings and competitor developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; an MBA or similar qualification is preferred.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in enterprise digital sales or account management.
- Hands-on experience with SFDC management and building pipeline/funnel visibility.
- Background in account management and sales.
- Ability to create and present business and technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Experience in gathering, interpreting, and responding to market requirements.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune Division, Maharashtra, India. The role focuses on enterprise digital sales and account management, with ownership of the sales process from proposal creation to fulfillment.
