Role Overview

This is a full-time position focused on improving the student journey end to end. The Learning Operations Manager will build and refine operational processes, oversee the learning management system, strengthen the learning experience, and help the team support student success more effectively. You will partner closely with the Operations and Sales teams to create the infrastructure that supports a smooth path from enrollment through course completion.

The role is a new one, giving the right person the chance to create structure in a fast-moving organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and motivated by improving clarity, accountability, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and roll out scalable systems, services, and tools that support students directly.
Manage the learning management system on an ongoing basis, including integrations, automations, and student workflow improvements.
Spot inefficient or high-friction steps in existing processes and replace them with scalable, technology-based solutions.
Build and maintain backend processes that make enrollment handling accurate and efficient.
Work with the Sales Operations Manager on HubSpot-related processes that affect the operations team and take part in cross-functional training.
Maintain complete documentation for LearnWorlds, student support systems, and education delivery workflows.
Investigate, evaluate, and implement tools or systems that improve scale and efficiency.
Create clear, lasting SOPs and documentation for core learning operations so the team can stay consistent as it grows.

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in operations or support within a scaled online education environment.
Practical experience working with an LMS, preferably LearnWorlds or a similar platform.
Background in building systems that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Comfort working independently with broad, undefined problems and turning them into structured solutions.
Ability to map processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable improvements.
Experience writing SOPs and maintaining operational documentation.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset.
Must be based in the United States.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting high-growth programs serving 4,000+ users per year.
Exposure to CFP® education or financial services education.
Experience introducing customer support tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, even if not the primary administrator.
Experience helping teams move from manual processes to automated workflows.
