Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI strategies that are closely aligned with business goals.
• Maintain the reliability and integrity of data platforms.
• Oversee delivery of analytics projects ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and improve the performance of AI-based solutions.
• Ensure model reliability by validating and testing AI models regularly.
• Enhance the maturity of MLOps processes and practices within the organization.
• Drive innovation initiatives to leverage cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Demonstrate measurable value realization from AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Possess an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Preferably hold a postgraduate degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, or Computer Vision.

Professional Experience

• Have between eight to over fifteen years of experience working in data, analytics, operations research, AI, or digital positions within enterprise or regulated settings.
• Practical experience in delivering analytics projects, developing AI or operations research solutions, and managing data platforms is essential.
