Role Overview

This position sits within the implementation function and is centered on keeping customer onboarding work moving smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of onboarding requirements for assigned accounts and keep track of everything that still needs to be completed.

  • Collect, organize, review, and prepare onboarding materials so they are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Monitor several active onboardings at once and identify anything blocked, delayed, or at risk before it escalates.
  • Escalate risks early to the manager with enough context to support decision-making, along with a suggested next step.
  • Act as a communication bridge between different stakeholders so project status remains aligned.
  • Support customer communication for assigned accounts and gradually expand into direct account ownership.
  • Write clear, concise updates through email and asynchronous communication channels.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the onboarding process and share observations that can improve how the team operates.
