About the RoleLouis Vuitton views its people as the true representatives of the Maison. In this HR Business Partner role, you will help build a high-performing culture by working closely with leaders and teams on strategic people priorities. You will serve as a trusted advisor, support talent growth and engagement, and help ensure HR practices are delivered smoothly and in line with the Maison’s values and business goals.What You Will DoIn this individual contributor position, you will work alongside the Senior HR Manager to support the Retail Leadership Team, understand their people requirements, and provide end-to-end HR generalist support aligned with business direction.Talent Acquisition and DevelopmentDesign and run recruitment approaches that attract and retain strong talent aligned with Louis Vuitton’s standards.Support campus outreach and early-career hiring initiatives to strengthen future talent pipelines.Build effective learning journeys through formal training, mentoring, and on-the-job development.Promote internal moves and career growth within Maison frameworks.Support key talent programs such as assessment centres and succession planning.HR Business Partnering and AdvisoryAdvise leaders strategically while ensuring alignment with Maison and Group HR frameworks.Help manage organizational change through clear communication and effective transition support.Offer sound guidance on sensitive employee situations, with attention to compliance and fairness.Contribute to organizational structure planning and transition design while balancing business needs and employee impact.Employee RelationsHandle employee relations matters with fairness, integrity, and a practical solution focus.Equip managers with the guidance and tools needed to address employee issues effectively.Help maintain a respectful, inclusive workplace that reflects Louis Vuitton values.Use employee feedback and engagement insights to identify improvements and plan actions.Support clear communication of policies and workplace practices across teams.Employee Engagement and CultureSupport engagement programs that strengthen belonging and a culture of excellence.Localize LVMH Group initiatives while keeping them aligned with Maison priorities.Drive diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, including Our Committed Journey, and lead local CSR activities.Enhance employer branding across internal and external channels in line with the Maison identity.Monitor engagement metrics and turn insights into practical actions.HR Operations and AnalyticsMaintain strong HR operations with accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Assist with compensation processes, keeping market benchmarks and internal equity in mind.Deliver HR projects effectively with support from stakeholders and Centers of Excellence.Coordinate smoothly across HR teams to provide integrated solutions.ProfileYou should hold a degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification.You need at least 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience, including HR business partnering experience, preferably in retail or a service environment.You should represent the Maison’s values with ownership and a strong focus on excellence.You should be able to build trust through empathy, authenticity, and a genuine interest in developing others.You need to communicate with clarity, confidence, and influence across stakeholders.You should work collaboratively and build strong cross-functional relationships.You must pay close attention to detail and uphold high standards in execution.You should be able to solve problems pragmatically and make balanced judgments in complex situations.LocationDelhi Cantonment, Delhi, India.ReferenceLVM32401
