Assistant Key Account Manager - E-commerce

Position overview

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Assistant Key Account Manager for e-commerce to oversee online business across major marketplace and quick commerce channels. This role calls for practical exposure to marketplace operations, catalogue upkeep, advertising, and sales analysis, along with familiarity with platforms such as Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and grow online sales activity across e-commerce and quick commerce channels including Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, and similar platforms.
• Manage routine marketplace tasks such as product uploads, promotional campaigns, deals, discounts, and resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain strong catalogue quality by keeping product details, pricing, images, and inventory information accurate and current across all platforms.
• Coordinate return management processes to support efficient operations and a smooth customer experience.
• Track Flipkart fulfilment activities and work to improve marketplace performance.
• Keep abreast of current Flipkart advertising developments, platform tools, and marketplace growth practices.
• Review sales data and trends, then convert insights into action steps that improve performance and revenue.
• Work closely with internal teams and platform account managers to ensure timely resolution of issues and uninterrupted operations.
• Prepare recurring reports covering sales results, market movements, account status, and operational progress.

Desired candidate profile

The right candidate should already have hands-on experience with Flipkart and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy. A solid grasp of marketplace operations, catalogue management, and digital sales processes is important, along with the ability to read data, spot issues, and solve problems effectively. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools is expected, as are clear communication and coordination skills. Candidates who have worked directly with Flipkart or quick commerce businesses will be given preference.
