Program Overview

The Analyst Program is a three-year training path designed to build strong private equity real estate capabilities in a fast-moving, team-based, and high-expectations environment. Each year adds greater responsibility and deeper exposure to the private equity real estate business, while also strengthening leadership and interpersonal skills. After completing the program, participants move into Associate roles and are placed in a functional area aligned with their strengths and interests.

Functional areas may include investments, development, asset management, portfolio management, leasing, capital markets, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and execution teams to support analytics, research, and deal execution across strategic workstreams such as underwriting, modeling, acquisition diligence, business analytics, fundraising, capital markets, investor relations, investment analytics, leasing analytics, valuations, and portfolio budgeting and reforecasting.
• Create and maintain detailed forecasting models that track important investment performance measures.
• Prepare investor presentations, reporting materials, and meeting deliverables.
• Assist with equity and debt financing work, including equity capital raises and secured debt placements.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline internal workflows so teams can operate more efficiently.
• Build working knowledge of technical platforms such as Argus Enterprise, Yardi, MapDash, and WDesk.

Additional Information

This role is based in Charlotte, NC and is an on-site full-time position. The program lasts for three years and is intended to develop analysts into associates after completion.
