About the internship
This internship offers hands-on exposure to voice-based banking support, with a focus on customer communication, issue resolution, and operational coordination. You will interact with customers over the phone, help with banking-related queries, and build practical experience in a professional banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and handle concerns in a courteous and timely way.
- Place outbound calls to follow up on transactions and collect feedback about the customer experience.
- Record customer conversations and interaction details accurately in the internal database.
- Coordinate with the banking team to support smooth daily operations.
- Work with teammates to spot ways to improve customer service workflows.
- Use MS Office applications to prepare reports and review customer interaction data.
- Keep yourself informed about banking trends and regulatory updates so information shared with customers stays accurate.
Who can apply
This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 1 June 2026 and 6 July 2026, and stay for 3 months. Applicants must be based in Mumbai and should have relevant skills and interest in the role.
Stipend
The stipend is INR 16,000 to 20,000 per month.
