Weak Current Project Manager

Role Overview

This position supports Meituan/Keemart’s overseas retail and warehouse infrastructure, with an initial focus on Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and broader project support across the Middle East and Latin America. The role centers on weak-current engineering for stores and warehouses, IT equipment operations, and ongoing technical support for business continuity.

Project Management and Engineering Support

• Manage the complete project cycle for overseas store and warehouse weak-current works, including planning, design coordination, construction oversight, acceptance, and final review.
• Support weak-current drawing design, construction management, project follow-up, and later-stage operation and maintenance for newly opened sites.
• Coordinate broadband activation, organize resistance clearance work, and manage long-term broadband resource procurement.
• Help with engineering quality, project timelines, supplier coordination, and delivery standards so that all outcomes meet business requirements.

IT Operations and Equipment Maintenance

• Provide post-opening support for IT equipment used in stores and warehouses, ensuring day-to-day reliability.
• Maintain and troubleshoot retail and warehouse IT desktops and IoT hardware, including PDAs, computers, printers, CCTV systems, access control devices, and temperature/humidity sensors.
• Deploy and debug network infrastructure such as firewalls, switches, and access points, and resolve routine network issues.
• Participate in 7×24 support coverage to address issues such as network outages, terminal connectivity problems, and abnormal IoT device behavior.
• Work remotely or on site as needed to keep warehouse IT systems and infrastructure operating smoothly.

International and Cross-Region Support

• Support international business needs through remote IT event management, drawing work, and project follow-up for additional cities and countries in the Middle East and Latin America.
• Provide on-site assistance when required for project milestones, warehouse needs, or wider business expansion.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in weak-current project management or IT support.
• Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic and Chinese are preferred.
• Respect for, and adaptability to, local Muslim cultural practices is important.
• A college degree or higher in computer science, communication engineering, systems integration, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to prepare drawings, handle weak-current design work, and oversee implementation.
• Working knowledge of network device fundamentals, with the ability to identify and resolve faults.
• Solid IT desktop support and maintenance capability.
• Ability to stay in Saudi Arabia for long-term work and accept deployment across Middle Eastern cities and countries as business expands.
• Must be willing to follow flexible schedules, take compensatory time off when needed, and handle 7×24 emergency support tasks.
• A valid KSA driving license is required; having a personal vehicle is preferred.
• CISCO or Huawei network certification is preferred.

Additional Information

The role may require flexible scheduling, compensatory leave, and rapid response to occasional repair or project support needs. The business scope can expand beyond Saudi Arabia to other regional markets.
