Ticketing Executive

Role OverviewWe are hiring a travel ticketing professional who is detail-driven, client-oriented, and comfortable managing end-to-end flight reservation tasks. This position focuses on domestic and international air bookings, ticket handling, and ensuring a seamless experience for travelers.What You’ll DoProcess domestic and international flight reservations using GDS and airline booking portals such as Amadeus and Galileo.Handle ticket issuance, changes, cancellations, and refunds in line with airline rules and internal policies.Work with airlines and vendors to manage special service requests, schedule adjustments, and issue resolution.Prepare fare quotes, evaluate options, and recommend the most suitable travel plans for customers.Verify passenger information, create PNRs accurately, and complete ticketing without errors.Stay current on airline offers, fare conditions, flight schedules, and applicable industry guidelines.Maintain organized records for bookings, payments, invoices, and refund transactions.Support additional travel services such as visa and insurance assistance when needed.Respond to client questions quickly and professionally while maintaining strong service standards.Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support smooth travel arrangements.What We’re Looking ForHands-on experience with GDS/CRS platforms, including Amadeus and Galileo.Solid understanding of airline pricing, rules, and refund processes.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.A customer-first mindset with a courteous and positive approach.Prior ticketing or reservation experience in a travel company, ideally between 1 and 5 years.Additional InformationThis is a full-time, onsite role based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.Candidates interested in this opportunity may share their CV directly by email at [email protected].
