About the roleFreedom Employability Academy is looking for a motivated English teacher who can help learners strengthen spoken English and develop the confidence needed for professional success. This opportunity is based in Gaya/Bodhgaya and is intended for a full-time, on-site teacher who is eager to contribute to student growth.What you will doConduct lively, interactive English classes with a strong focus on spoken communication.Prepare lesson plans and teaching aids that suit the individual needs of learners.Use computer-based tools and technology to make sessions more effective and engaging.Track student improvement and share useful feedback to help them progress.Build a supportive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable learning and participating.Work with fellow teachers to refine teaching methods and improve the curriculum.Keep up with current trends and effective practices in language teaching to maintain quality instruction.Who can applyThis role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with teaching exposure who are confident in English communication, comfortable using computers, and passionate about helping students build employability skills.Additional detailsThe position is full-time and based onsite in Gaya and Bodhgaya. There are 20 openings available. The organization provides an informal dress code.
