Role Summary

This Scrum Master role supports fully remote, globally distributed teams working inside a SAFe Agile Release Train. The position focuses on enabling delivery across both on-premise and cloud-based solutions while strengthening Agile ways of working and helping teams deliver measurable business value consistently.

Core Duties

• Lead and support remote, distributed teams operating within a SAFe Agile Release Train.
• Help deliver work across a mix of on-premise and cloud solutions.
• Coach teams in Agile practices and encourage continuous improvement.
• Drive steady value delivery from sprint to sprint.
• Run Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine, prioritize, and plan backlog items.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of engineering knowledge, training, or technical experience.
• Between 5 and 8 years of professional experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Strong command of Agile approaches and the SAFe framework.
• A strong focus on process improvement and delivering efficiency-driven outcomes.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
• The ability to influence stakeholders effectively, both with and without formal authority.
