Overview
Wipro is hiring a Program Manager to support Supply Chain Transformations in Singapore. The role focuses on New Product Introduction (NPI) programs across manufacturing and supply chain functions, with an emphasis on delivering technology improvements, system upgrades, and automation that keep NPI processes running smoothly.
What you will do
- Own and steer NPI programs from start to finish.
- Track schedules, milestones, risks, and cross-project dependencies.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Lead implementation efforts for systems, tools, and process automation initiatives.
- Run requirements workshops, support UAT, and help manage change adoption.
What we are looking for
- At least 5–8 years of experience in program management within manufacturing, supply chain, or product development environments.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations, PLM, and factory capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle several complex initiatives at once.
- Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Additional information
Experience in NPI or the product development lifecycle is considered a strong plus.
