About the Role

The Business Development function supports growth by building strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and turning ideas into practical outcomes. In this role, the Procurement Manager will lead procurement activity end to end, manage vendors, support sourcing, and help resolve commercial and operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Take part in sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Own the full sourcing cycle, including commercial terms and contract discussions.
• Build and maintain category frameworks in a remote-working setup.
• Assess current and potential vendors to uncover savings and improve performance.
• Manage the procurement workflow and purchase order system.
• Track vendor performance and help improve related processes.
• Support the wider business in handling supplier issues and escalations.
• Partner with third-party risk colleagues during vendor onboarding.
• Prepare monthly vendor reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Work with Operations, Finance, and Risk teams to align sourcing with policy and improve procurement operations continuously.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a global procurement environment within a fast-moving business.
• Hands-on experience with source-to-pay processes.
• Strong negotiation capability.
• Good understanding of procurement policies, workflows, and operating procedures.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively while working remotely.
• Background in category management.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
• Independent working style with strong ownership and accountability.
