Role overview

Eram Talent is hiring a Pasteurization Plant Operator for a client in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will handle and oversee the pasteurization process in a food or beverage manufacturing setup, helping ensure the output consistently meets required safety, quality, and compliance standards. The role is based in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Run pasteurization equipment in line with standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Carry out routine checks and basic upkeep of pasteurization machines to reduce downtime and avoid faults.
• Track, document, and communicate production information such as temperature, pressure, and output volumes.
• Spot process irregularities or machine problems early and take action to resolve them quickly.
• Support adherence to food safety rules and internal quality assurance practices.
• Work closely with quality and maintenance teams to improve production efficiency.
• Keep the work area orderly, sanitary, and safe by following health and safety rules.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in Food Technology or a similar discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same or a closely related role.
• Hands-on experience with rotary filling machines.
• Experience with Krones filling machines.
• Exposure to blow molding machines.
• Experience with tubular pasteurizers and CIP systems.
• Practical background in pasteurization or other heat-treatment equipment in a production environment.
• Sound knowledge of food safety requirements and quality control methods.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and diagnose equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent compliance with safety procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts as needed.
