Role Overview

This position is for an operations integrator who can keep client work moving from signed agreement through final delivery. You will run the weekly operating rhythm, maintain visibility into deadlines and risks, and ensure leaders always know the status of each engagement. The role also includes near-term executive support, such as calendar management, travel coordination, and scheduling. As the business grows and additional support is added, administrative tasks are expected to decrease while higher-level operational work expands.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the full client-engagement lifecycle, from contract execution through consultant assignment, scoped deliverables, completion, and client satisfaction.
