Machine Operator (Associate - Senior)

About the Role

We are hiring a Machine Operator for a manufacturing and supply chain environment in Singapore. This role is suited to someone who is eager to build skills, take on technical work, and grow within a large global energy services organization.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, fine-tune, and run a range of machine tools while working under close supervision.
• Operate equipment that may include CNC/NC lathes, mills, drills, and both computerized and manual machines.
• Read technical drawings or blueprints when needed to complete machining tasks accurately.
• Carry out basic to intermediate shop math related to machining operations.
• Inspect finished or in-process work to confirm it meets required specifications.

Experience and Level

Candidates are typically expected to have 1 to 2 years of related machining experience. Applicants who bring more than the minimum requirements may be considered for higher-level positions, depending on experience, additional role requirements, and business needs. Possible job levels for this opening include Associate Machine Operator, Machine Operator, and Senior Machine Operator.
