About the Role

Noland Health Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join their team in Sylacauga, AL. This full-time, onsite position involves performing daily housekeeping activities to ensure the community is maintained in a clean and safe environment. The role requires adherence to established procedures and collaboration with management to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily housekeeping tasks according to assigned duties.
  • Coordinate housekeeping services with management, particularly when cleaning resident living and recreational areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of furnishings, fixtures, and heating/cooling units in resident rooms and common areas.
  • Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and polish bathroom fixtures, removing water marks.
  • Clean windows, mirrors in resident rooms, recreational spaces, bathrooms, and entryways.
  • Perform wall and ceiling cleaning, including washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing.
  • Remove dirt, dust, grease, and other residues from surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents.
  • Properly dispose of waste and trash in designated containers and replace liners.
  • Monitor and report supply needs to the supervisor.
  • Ensure work carts and equipment are cleaned and stored at the end of each shift.

Requirements
