Full-time Delivery Driver

Compensation

• Hourly pay of $34.24, with full-time hours and the opportunity to earn overtime

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts at each account while representing the company professionally
• Deliver products accurately and on time, and unload merchandise according to customer direction
• Process invoices and complete daily account settlements
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product across different environments according to established standards
• Create displays and install promotional materials such as price signs and banners
• Complete all required paperwork carefully and accurately
• Carry out assigned work safely and responsibly in compliance with laws and transportation rules

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry loads of up to 50 lbs during an 8 to 10 hour shift
• Capability to move heavy items manually and with equipment, requiring strength, flexibility, agility, and stamina
• Willingness to work in changing weather and temperature conditions and operate equipment safely in poor road or driving conditions

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers
• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent
• Valid Class 1 CDL driver’s license in good standing, along with a clean and safe driving record
• Good physical condition
• Self-directed work style and the ability to perform with minimal supervision

Additional Skills Considered an Asset

• Availability to work extended hours and overtime
• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
