Teams can assign a hiring task to Fabric and receive qualified, interviewed candidates in return. About the role
Fabric is hiring a Founding Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting, build a strong pipeline, and secure high-quality meetings. This role is a chance to have a direct influence on a rapidly growing startup while operating with modern go-to-market tools and AI-enabled workflows. The position also offers close collaboration with the founders as the outbound sales motion takes shape.
Key responsibilities
- Find and qualify new prospects using cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Study target accounts and tailor outreach to each audience.
- Assess prospect fit and set up demos for the sales team.
- Respond to objections effectively while keeping CRM information up to date.
- Work with the marketing team to strengthen outbound campaigns.
- Run outreach sequences and improve messaging through A/B testing.
Must-have skills
- Experience or strong understanding of B2B SaaS selling
- SDR or BDR prospecting mindset
- Lead generation and qualification
- Cold calling and email outreach
- LinkedIn prospecting
- CRM usage, including tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as Apollo or Sales Navigator
- Outbound sequence execution and messaging optimization
