ജോലി വിവരണം

Role overview

FamilyWell Health is hiring an experienced implementation and project leader to join its Partner Success function. This is a high-visibility position with broad ownership: you will lead the launch of a major enterprise health system partnership and, after that launch is complete, may step into the long-term account leadership role to help expand the relationship and improve results over time.

The role suits someone who enjoys both detailed, multi-team project delivery and relationship management. You should be comfortable coordinating work across Partner Success, Clinical Services, Clinical Operations, Product, and external stakeholders, while also presenting performance updates and guiding business reviews with senior partner leadership.

About the company

FamilyWell Health is an AI-enabled mental health startup focused on improving access to care for women across the reproductive lifecycle. The company embeds equitable, affordable, evidence-based mental health support into women’s health practices and health systems through a virtual care model built around the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).

Its platform combines coaching, therapy, psychiatry, and care coordination within existing clinical workflows so that care is accessible, insurance-covered, and financially workable for provider partners. The company reports that 95% of patients show clinical improvement within four months and is expanding nationally after a Series A funding round.

Role details

Department: Partner Success

Company stage: Series A, VC-backed growth

Reporting line: CEO & Founder

Work setup: Remote-friendly, with travel to partner sites in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Indiana, and Kentucky

Employment type: Full-time

Compensation: USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, depending on experience, with possible performance-based bonus and a full benefits package

What the role covers

This position has two phases. First, you will own the end-to-end implementation of one of the company’s largest enterprise launches, coordinating a multi-state rollout with numerous moving parts. After launch, the role may shift into a partnership success position where you become the main contact for the account, oversee performance, and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a detailed master plan for a multi-state enterprise launch, including milestones, timing, and critical path dependencies across all workstreams.
  • Coordinate phased rollout activities and manage dependencies, with special attention to provider credentialing and EHR integration.
  • Track progress, prepare status reporting, and manage escalations for both internal leaders and external partners.
  • Keep owners accountable for open items and make sure issues are closed out in a timely way.
  • Raise risks early, recommend practical mitigation steps, and follow through on solutions.
  • Document implementation processes and turn them into repeatable playbooks for future launches.
  • Act as the primary post-launch contact for enterprise partners.
  • Build strong working relationships with partner executives, practice managers, and clinical champions.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and present trends in referrals, enrollments, outcomes, and expansion opportunities.
  • Monitor partner KPIs and address performance gaps before they become larger risks.
  • Spot opportunities to expand the relationship, such as adding locations, service lines, or deeper clinical integration.
  • Represent partner feedback internally and ensure leadership understands partner needs and concerns.

Required qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare implementation, enterprise account management, or healthcare operations involving multiple states.
  • Proven success managing complex projects with several workstreams in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience owning long-term client or partner relationships and delivering measurable growth.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage many stakeholders and priorities at once.
  • Ability to switch between hands-on execution and strategic account leadership.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools and CRM platforms, including HubSpot.
  • Comfort working in a startup environment with ambiguity and changing priorities.

Preferred background

  • Experience with OB/GYN practices, women’s health, or behavioral health.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, provider credentialing, or Collaborative Care billing models.
  • Background in a partner success role within a health services company.
  • Experience working with health systems or MSO partnerships.

What the company offers

  • Work that contributes directly to improved women’s mental health and family wellbeing.
  • The chance to build and shape the enterprise partnership function as the company scales nationally.
  • Collaboration with a mission-driven team, including clinicians from leading academic medical centers.
  • Competitive pay, equity, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
  • A flexible, remote-friendly work environment.
  • The opportunity to help thousands of women access meaningful mental health care.

Values

  • Leading with empathy and compassion.
  • Using evidence and data to guide decisions.
  • Supporting equity and access to affordable, high-quality care.
  • Working collaboratively across clinical, operational, and business teams.
  • Continuously learning, adapting, and improving.

Application notes

The employer is an equal opportunity organization and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. Candidates should submit a résumé and a short note explaining their interest in the role, along with an example of a complex implementation or partnership they have personally managed, ideally one with multiple workstreams, cross-functional stakeholders, or multi-site coordination.

Safety notice

The company states that it will never ask for payment, sensitive personal information early in the process, or interviews on unsecured platforms. Official communication will come from an @familywellhealth.com email address.
