Role Purpose
The company is seeking a Driving Instructor to help maintain accident-free defensive driving across company vehicles and MHE by supporting careful employee selection, induction, assessment, training, and continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
- Run trade tests for new hires as part of the screening and selection process.
- Oversee the induction process for all new drivers and MHE operators, making sure it is completed properly before they are authorized to drive poultry vehicles.
- Deliver MHE training programs directly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of experience as a Driving and MHE Instructor.
- A certified Driving and MHE Instructor credential is needed.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
