Customer Experience Associate

Role Overview

You will join the customer service function and act as the first human touchpoint for shoppers and account holders. The job involves helping people with online purchase questions, account access and security, identity checks, order-related support, and other service concerns.

Work Location and Role Details

This is a permanent, full-time position based at Anant Raj Tech Park, 5th Floor, Plot No. 1, I.T. Park, Sector 22, Punjab, Chandigarh. The role is conducted in an office setting and requires support in English.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work will include handling customer contacts through phone, chat, and email, using multiple systems and tools to find solutions in real time, and resolving shopping or account issues with a thoughtful, unscripted approach. You may also support identity verification, monitor for possible fraud or security concerns, and ensure customers receive clear, effective assistance.

Working Conditions

The job involves remaining at a desk for most of the shift in a climate-controlled office environment. The dress code is business casual. Shifts may run any day from Monday to Sunday and will rotate across late nights, overnight hours, early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and overtime when needed. Punctuality, full-shift attendance, and complete commitment to the role are expected.

Training and Support

No prior customer service background is required. Selected candidates will receive onboarding support, self-paced and instructor-led training, and a complete equipment package. Ongoing learning opportunities and employee support resources are also part of the role.

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is ₹2,53,000 to ₹3,60,000.

Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have completed 10+2 / 12th grade, be comfortable working in English, and be authorised to work in India. Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
