Content Developer - AI Trainer

About the role

This position is for an experienced content developer who will support the training of AI systems. The work involves assessing how well chatbots are progressing, reviewing the reasoning behind their responses, and solving content-related problems that help improve model quality.

The ideal person for this role should already have a strong background in writing, editing, and content development. Relevant academic or professional exposure in areas such as communications or journalism is also applicable.

Project flexibility

• You decide when you work and organize your schedule independently.
• The work is done on your own computer, from home.

Pay and contract details

Projects are compensated on an hourly basis, with rates starting at $25 to $30+ per hour. Some assignments may also include bonus pay.

This is an independent contractor arrangement. Payment is processed through PayPal, and any USD-to-local-currency conversion will be handled by PayPal.

Responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the outputs they generate.
• Assess the accuracy and overall performance of AI-created content.

Qualifications

• English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent grasp of grammar, writing style, and brand voice.
• A bachelor’s degree that is currently being pursued, completed, or in progress is preferred, though not mandatory.
