About the Role
Airaa is a creator distribution platform that connects brands with creators, manages the matching process, and handles payouts. This part-time onsite role is for someone who can help keep the creator community active, support campaign execution, and contribute content that performs well across channels.
What You'll Do
- Help bring new creators onto the platform and get them set up.
- Coordinate and manage campaigns running on Airaa.
- Create written content that keeps the creator community engaged and active.
- Assist brand clients whenever a campaign needs attention or follow-up.
- Monitor what is performing well across the platform and creator outputs.
What the Team Is Looking For
- You stay closely tuned to what is trending and can explain why certain content spreads.
- You have created content before and can show examples of your work.
- You know the basics of video editing.
- You understand that distribution is as important as the content itself.
- You have an instinct for what works in consumer, AI, gaming, or similar categories.
- You can write copy that feels natural and engaging, not overly formal or corporate.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience running or managing a creator account.
- Previous work on influencer or ambassador campaigns.
- Exposure to the brand side or agency side of campaign work.
