Class 3 Driver

Role overview

We are hiring full-time Class 3 Drivers for an onsite role at Pasir Panjang, supporting port logistics operations. This position offers a competitive monthly package of up to $4,200, with overtime pay, meals, shift allowance, incentives, transport support, and a joining bonus of $16,000.

Work schedule

The role follows a flexible roster arrangement with deployment based on operational needs. You will work 12-hour day or night shifts, on a 5-day work week plus 1 off day. A minimum commitment of 22 shifts per month is required.

Key duties

• Handle the safe loading and unloading of containers from vessels.
• Move containers between designated points as required.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and maintained to acceptable hygiene standards.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• A valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is required.
• Minimum education level: PSLE, with English passed.
• Candidates should be open to rotating 12-hour shifts.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Only Singaporean citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents may apply.

Training and growth

Training will be provided for this position. Upon successful completion of training and on-the-job training, candidates will receive an ITE Skills Certificate in PM Operations. The role also offers career progression opportunities and performance-based incentives.
