Supply Chain Management (SCM) Intern

About the internship

This internship is centered on hands-on supply chain operations support in an office environment. You will work with inventory systems, supplier coordination, procurement tracking, and reporting while contributing to day-to-day operational efficiency.

What you will do

• Keep stock records accurate by using Zoho Inventory to track inventory levels and movement.
• Work with supply chain data in MS Excel at an advanced level to organize, analyze, and report information.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners so procurement and deliveries happen on time.
• Assist in maintaining vendor relationships through follow-ups, documentation, and performance monitoring.
• Support the handling of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines using Zoho tools and internal systems.
• Use task-management tools to monitor daily assignments, priorities, and deadlines.
• Spot inefficiencies in existing supply chain processes and suggest practical improvements.
• Maintain organized records of supply chain activity and share weekly progress updates.

Who can apply

This role is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, can begin between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, and can continue for 6 months. Applicants should have relevant skills and a genuine interest in supply chain work.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in supply chain management, business, or a related discipline.
