About the internship

SmartEd Innovations is looking for an Inside Sales Intern to support its ed-tech sales efforts. This role is designed for someone eager to build a career in sales while gaining practical exposure to lead generation, client conversations, product demonstrations, and customer relationship management in a fast-moving technology-driven environment.

What you'll do

• Reach out to prospective customers by phone and email to generate leads and assess interest.
• Work with the sales team to plan and execute selling approaches and outreach activities.
• Deliver product walkthroughs, demos, and presentations to potential clients.
• Maintain the customer database and keep sales records and activity tracking up to date.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with prompt, helpful support.
• Help prepare sales collateral, presentations, and other materials used by the team.
• Track market movements and competitor actions to support better sales planning.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore and start between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026. Stipend and compensation

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of ₹27,000 to ₹40,000. The structure includes a fixed component of ₹17,000 to ₹20,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month. On successful conversion to a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹4,00,000 to ₹8,00,000.
