Join PSY FYI Magazine as a Video Editing Intern based in Ghaziabad, where you'll be integral in producing dynamic video content that complements our counterculture publication and marketplace. You'll edit compelling short videos and Instagram Reels, as well as longer form content like vlogs and interviews for YouTube, adding subtitles, music, smooth transitions, and graphics to enhance viewer engagement. You'll manage raw footage carefully to produce polished, well-timed edits, create eye-catching thumbnails and visuals using Photoshop or Canva, and apply AI tools to streamline editing, research, captioning, and creative processes. Learning specialized software like the Edits app and working collaboratively with the content team to refine videos based on feedback will be key parts of your role. Additional tasks may involve assisting with basic filming and video production as needed.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
We seek candidates who are available to work full-time onsite from our Vasundhara office in Ghaziabad for six months, starting between September 3 and October 8, 2026. Applicants should have foundational knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software and understand video pacing, music integration, subtitle use, and vertical video formatting. Familiarity or comfort with design tools like Photoshop or Canva, and enthusiasm for learning AI-enhanced editing workflows, is important. We welcome self-taught editors and freshers with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating relevant skills and interests.
