Lorven Technologies is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter for its Trichy, Tamil Nadu office. This is a full-time position for someone who can manage the complete recruitment cycle for US-based IT requirements and who understands the US hiring landscape well. Female candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT openings, from sourcing to closure.
• Find suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels.
• Review profiles, evaluate suitability against client needs, and create a shortlist.
• Schedule interviews and stay in touch with both candidates and clients throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a healthy database of qualified candidates for ongoing requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Good working knowledge of US staffing practices and hiring workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
• Experience using job portals and applicant tracking systems.
• Female candidates preferred.
