About the Internship
This internship opportunity targets motivated and enthusiastic individuals passionate about mentoring and guiding learners through their educational pathways. The trainee mentor will be responsible for conducting roadmap and counselling sessions, significantly contributing to learner engagement and ensuring a rewarding and seamless learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct counselling and roadmap sessions with learners to guide their career and educational decisions.
- Complete at least ten roadmap sessions daily, ensuring a minimum of 300 minutes of direct talk time.
- Clearly and comprehensively explain roadmap details during calls.
- Meet daily talk time goals and adhere to scheduled follow-ups.
- Engage actively with leads from previous days to maximize learner involvement.
- Collaborate with Community Managers as needed to support learner engagement.
- Promote and encourage learner participation in webinars, maintaining participation benchmarks.
- Maintain up-to-date records of lead status, follow-ups, notes, and dispositions in the LeadSquared system efficiently.
- Prepare and download learner roadmaps in advance of calls.
- Address learner inquiries with professionalism and maintain positive communication.
