Role Overview
ValleyPoint Technologies is seeking a full-time Telecaller for its Greater Chennai Area office. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and supporting the sales process through effective customer conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound cold calls to prospective customers and clearly present the company’s offerings.
- Screen and assess leads in line with the business’s qualification criteria.
- Arrange meetings, demonstrations, or appointments for the sales team.
- Keep call logs, follow-up notes, and lead details updated accurately in the CRM.
- Work toward daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation while maintaining a professional approach with customers.
Experience & Communication Expectations
Candidates must have prior experience in cold calling and in dealing with US clients. Strong verbal communication, confidence in handling objections, and a professional customer-handling style are essential.
