Role Overview
This position is for an experienced leader to oversee one restaurant location in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The store manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the unit, guiding the team, keeping performance on track, and making sure guests receive a consistently excellent experience.
What You Will Be Doing
- Take ownership of all aspects of a single store’s operations.
- Recruit, lead, and supervise associates so business and financial targets are met.
- Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Use leadership skills to keep the store running successfully and efficiently.
Training and Development
The company provides paid leadership training before you step fully into the role. This onboarding program lasts at least 8 weeks and is designed to prepare you for store management responsibilities. Ongoing mentoring and career development are also part of the opportunity.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have prior leadership experience and must hold a high school diploma. The role also requires flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius of the store and availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends. Food safety certification through ServSafe is required.
Work Environment and Physical Expectations
The role is fast paced and involves working in a kitchen environment that can be hot, noisy, and physically demanding. Team members are expected to stand for long periods, work around steam, manage hot and cold food preparation, and use Chinese kitchen knives and other equipment while maintaining accuracy. The job also requires lifting up to 50 lbs., reaching across 36-inch counters to serve guests, and adapting quickly to changing priorities while communicating clearly and handling difficult situations professionally.
