Site Supervisor

Overview

GST International is looking for an experienced and driven Site Supervisor to support its construction operations in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The company is specifically encouraging applications from candidates who are currently in India or Nepal.

What You’ll Handle

• Oversee the daily running of construction activities at the site and make sure work stays coordinated.
• Check that execution follows approved drawings, project specifications, and planned timelines.
• Track workforce productivity and assign tasks in an efficient way.
• Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
• Carry out routine site checks to confirm that quality expectations are being met.
• Apply and monitor health, safety, and company rules throughout the site.
• Keep an eye on material consumption and flag shortages or site needs in time.
• Prepare daily site records and share progress updates.
• Address on-site problems promptly to keep work moving smoothly.
• Review finished work and help ensure project milestones are completed on time.

What We’re Looking For

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a closely related field, is preferred.
• Prior experience working as a Site Supervisor on construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction techniques, reading drawings, and site execution processes.
• Previous UAE experience is an advantage.
