Role Overview
Monnalisa is hiring Sales Associates for its Marina Bay Sands boutique in Singapore. The company is looking for people who can represent the brand in-store, deliver a polished shopping experience, and thrive in a luxury retail setting. The position is suited to candidates who are motivated, customer-focused, and interested in fashion, especially luxury and children’s fashion.
What You’ll Do
- Work toward both personal and team sales targets.
- Create a premium in-store experience for every customer.
- Build lasting customer relationships that strengthen brand loyalty.
- Handle after-sales support in line with company service standards to keep customers satisfied and coming back.
- Act as a brand ambassador while representing the boutique on the shop floor.
