Retail Assistant

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a globally recognized ICT company for dynamic fresh graduates and young professionals with about a year of work experience to join the Dubai team.

Key Duties

• Engage in sales and retail activities to gain practical exposure to consumer business.
• Acquire and utilize product knowledge, customer service expertise, sales techniques, and understand retail operation processes.
• Assist in daily store management and support targets for sales and business growth.
• Assume increased responsibilities and advance into sales or retail roles according to personal performance and aptitude.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates who are recent graduates or have approximately one year of professional experience.
• Fluency in Chinese at native or near-native level is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Enthusiastic about developing a career in sales and retail.
• Proactive attitude, energetic, and eager to learn.
• No mandatory prior sales or retail work experience.
