About Your New Job

As a Quality Engineer III, you will play a pivotal role in integrating novel catheter-based medical device technologies, taking responsibility for process characterization, validation, scale-up, and automation activities. Proactively champion quality assurance, identifying potential issues before they arise and ensuring compliance to the highest regulatory standards. Lead critical investigations, communicate technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders, and participate in both internal/external audits as a subject matter expert. Champion continuous improvement, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical methodologies to deliver on both daily responsibilities and long-term projects. Support and guide less experienced engineers and collaborate across functions with suppliers, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs.

What Skills You Need

Honors Bachelor Degree (Level 8) or higher in a STEM discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within the Medical Device industry or another highly regulated environment. Proven experience in validation activities. In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO, MDD, MDR), risk management, and process documentation. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience using statistical tools and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
