Project Manager

Role Overview

Larsen & Toubro is hiring a Project Manager for its operations in Hadgaon, Maharashtra. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and controlling project execution while ensuring cost, timeline, and quality targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the project schedule and prepare the overall project plan.
• Track project costs and timelines against the approved plan and keep progress under control.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to share regular updates on project status.
• Manage assembly-related technical work for radar systems and launcher systems.
• Use project management tools such as MS Project and ERP-LN for planning and tracking.
• Handle defence sector projects and support related execution activities.
• Oversee NC-NC trials and new product development trials at the site, including customer coordination for trial execution.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
• Support environmental testing as well as EMI/EMC testing requirements for defence applications.
• Identify project risks early and implement corrective actions to reduce impact.
• Travel to supplier locations, customer sites, and government inspection agencies as needed.

Technical Exposure Required

• Assembly knowledge related to radar and launcher systems.
• Hands-on familiarity with project management software and ERP tools.
• Experience in defence industry project handling.
• Understanding of environmental and EMI/EMC testing processes.

Work Requirements

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hadgaon, Maharashtra. The role requires readiness to travel to multiple locations for project coordination, supplier follow-up, customer discussions, and inspection-related work.
