Role overview
HDFC securities is looking for a Project Manager to drive dialer and contact centre solution projects from planning through rollout and support. This role focuses on delivering integrations on time, improving solution performance, coordinating vendors, and maintaining strong governance across dialer-related initiatives.
The position calls for solid project management ability, strong stakeholder coordination, and practical exposure to contact centre technologies, API-based integrations, AI-led automation, and multi-channel connectivity improvements.
What you'll do
- Own the full project journey, including requirement capture, execution, deployment, and after-go-live support.
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, staffing plans, risk logs, and regular progress updates.
- Work closely with business, compliance, operations, technology, and vendor stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
- Track milestones, budget usage, deliverables, and quality expectations while applying strong analytical judgment.
- Support adoption of the solution across sales, operations, compliance, and customer service teams.
Requirements
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- Project management experience of up to 5 years.
- Working knowledge of contact centre platforms and dialer solutions.
- Experience or exposure to API integrations and AI-enabled automation tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and project governance.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
