Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and seasoned Personal Trainer to join the team in Guwahati. The position focuses on creating tailored fitness plans, delivering individual coaching, and supporting clients as they work toward measurable health and performance goals.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run customized workout plans based on each client’s objectives, abilities, and preferences.
- Coach clients individually, demonstrate movements, share corrective feedback, and keep them motivated throughout sessions.
- Evaluate client fitness levels, define achievable targets, and map out practical steps to reach them.
- Monitor training progress regularly, review results with clients, and update programs when needed.
- Support the growth of personal training services by bringing in new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
