Personal Driver

Role overview

We are hiring a full-time Personal Driver for an on-site position in Islamabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for transporting company representatives and guests to meetings, project locations, and events while keeping to planned routes and schedules.

Key duties

• Drive company representatives and guests safely to meetings, sites, and other appointments.
• Follow the assigned route plan and timing for pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Inspect the vehicle every day and carry out basic maintenance-related checks.
• Keep the vehicle clean inside and outside at all times.
• Monitor fuel levels and make sure they remain sufficient for daily use.
• Observe traffic regulations and apply defensive driving practices.
• Maintain accurate logs for mileage and service intervals.

Qualifications

• Good driving ability, with hands-on experience handling cars and light vehicles; experience with basic truck driving will be considered an advantage.
• A valid local driving license is required, including LTV or Motor Car category.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for professional interaction with passengers and coworkers.
• Practical knowledge of Islamabad roads, road safety standards, and traffic rules.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and schedules carefully.
• Capable of performing simple vehicle inspections and arranging routine servicing when needed.
• At least secondary school education is required, and prior work as a personal or corporate driver is preferred.
